Camp Hi-Sierra info session

Tomorrow Sunday 2/1/2026 we will have an information session after the flag ceremony for those who are planning on attending Camp Hi-Sierra this summer (week 5: 7/19 - 7/25)

• There are two separate folders for Scouts and Parents.

• If you are unable to attend the meeting, we will post updated Camp Hi-Sierra Info Session & Checklist for review

• There is also a spreadsheet for ride sharing which you can fill out if you can give other Scouts a ride to/from camp, or if your Scout needs a ride.

Chị Hạnh is now taking orders for LDRK navy jackets, so if you need one, you can place an order. All Scouts attending Camp Hi-Sierra need to get one as part of their uniform. 

The following are due on March 8th:

• For Scouts:

• Camp fee $780

• Permission slip

• If you are applying for Campership, fill out an online form, deadline May 15th

• For parents: 

• Camp fee $495

• BSA application fee (if not yet registered or expired) $65

• Youth protection training (if not yet completed or expired)

• CA Child Abuse Mandated Reporter training (if not yet completed or expired)

• Please kindly submit all forms and fees to chị Hoa

• Option A: Zelle to ldrakhoisj@gmail.com

• Memo: CHS - participants’ name & phone number

• Option B: Cash or Check pay to Lien Doan Ra Khoi
