Advancement day is when girls gather in their patrols to focus on rank requirements. Each patrol works with eachother to review and learn required skills. Patrol leaders and troop guides ensure everyone understands the material. Once a scout demonstrates a skill correctly, a scoutmaster or higher ranking scout will sign off that advancement.
