Registration Details

• Deadlines

• Early Bird - $450 from Oct. 1, 2025 to Jan. 31, 2026

• Regular - $500 from Feb. 1, 2026 to Apr. 30, 2026

• Late - $550 from May 1, 2026 to Jun. 15, 2026

• Register Online by Individual

• Please register online BEFORE submitting LDRK permission slip/attendance form

• Please note our region: Miền Tây Bắc Hoa Kỳ (Northwestern U.S.)

• Submit permission/attendance form for our records along with camp dues. There are separate forms for Parents, Leaders and Scouts. Please submit per individual leader and Scout, or family attending:

• Code of Conduct (download)

• Waiver & Photo Consent form (download)

• A recent picture (File name format: Full Name_Liên Đoàn Ra Khơi_Miền TBHK) 

• HAND IN Health Form to LDRK

• Health Form (download)

• Physician signature not required, but strongly recommended

• Okay to use a copy of Scouting America’s (BSA) health form if you already have it completed for the year.

Logistics

• You may plan to travel on your own with your family if you so choose.

• We will be meeting with other lien doan in our region in two weeks to plan out all the logistics of getting to and from TT13 as a group, transporting equipment/gear, etc... We will update you as soon as we have a set plan.

Hội Đồng Trung Ương - HĐVN Uniform

• Since this is a HĐTƯ-HĐVN Vietnamese Scouting event, we will not be wearing our Scouting American (BSA) uniform when we attend. It's encouraged that Scouts and leaders wear the HĐTƯ-HĐVN. If you'd like to purchase a uniform shirt, please let me know. Cost is $35 each.

Vietnamese Scout Got Talent

• Calling all scouts, leaders, and family members who would like to showcase your unique gifts in music, dance, comedy, drama, martial arts, magic, or any inspiring talent! 

• Awards and Prizes

• 1st Place: $3000 USD; 2nd Place: $2000 USD; 3rd Place: $1000 USD

• Scout's Choice Award: $500 USD (voted by camp participants)

• Entrance Fees

• FREE: Any performance that includes a registered Scout 

• $50 USD: Leaders, alumni leaders, parents and siblings of scouts
